Medical Supplies ZZ Ltd regularly dispatches to companies and individuals in a number of countries. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us to discuss options as we usually have a way to help.
Due to the complex and frequently changing nature of medical product regulations, it is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and comply with their local legal requirements regarding the importing of products.
Orders are dispatched tracked. Delivery charge for international orders is £9.99. If temperatures in transit will exceed safe limits, we can ship with protective packaging at additional cost if requested.
Import Customs
You must be available and prepared to work with your local Import Customs as many countries require additional information from the receiver. This may be requested directly using the contact information provided to us.
Medical Supplies ZZ Ltd cannot be held responsible for any shipments seized or delayed by Import Customs and will endeavour to avoid shipping to countries where we expect this to be an issue.
Tariffs
The buyer is responsible for all import duties and tariffs.

Refund Policy
If an International order does not arrive, we will review the case individually. Depending on the situation, partial refunds or reshipment options may be offered at our discretion.
